MISSION STATEMENT

To foster, promote and implement measures to guide orderly growth and development in Greenwood, and to make it a place where people will want to live, work, play and raise a family.

To maintain a safe community by enforcing laws and code enforcement to retain a high degree of property value and reduce blight which breeds crime and destruction.

To provid a superior rated quality water system in full compliane with Department of Health and Hospitals regulations.

To listen to all residents and implement new ideas to improve quality of life issues; and, partner with businesses, citizens and community organizations.

To be honest and forthright with all citizens and instill a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.

To practice fiscal responsibility with sound business decisions.
